Physical Therapy Associates Ltd. is one of the first outpatient physical therapy practices in Trinidad & Tobago. Based on the vision of our founder Dr. Terry Romero, PT, DPT, CEAS, the company began as a sole proprietorship in 1992. In 2006, Physical Therapy Associates was incorporated as a limited liability company under the Companies Act of Trinidad and Tobago and is presently located in at #6, Orange Grove Road, Trincity, Tacarigua. 
Under the direction of Dr. Romero and with the support of our Board Members, Physical Therapy Associates has grown from strength to strength and continues to expand the services we have to offer to the public. To date, our services include physical therapy for Stoke and Neurological Disorders, treatment for Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal complaints, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Balance Training and Fall Prevention, Ergonomic Assessment, Pre-Operative and Post-Operative rehabilitation. 
Our goal is to address any impairments resulting from disease or injury that affect the ability of our clients to achieve their maximal functional potential. This is done in a manner that is compassionate, caring and highly professional.  
Our company believes in the concept of total wellness and we aim to treat the whole person rather than just a single part of the body. Based on this belief our clinic has been designed to keep the sights and sounds of our tropical space intact, and to provide an environment that promotes a feeling of total well-being.
